This feature request is in relation to the Workflow features. Specifically, the Send Slack Notification Message box field.
It would be very handy to be able to add text edit features to this such as bold underline and even colour.
This way when appearing in Slack it is more definable as to the type of ticket etc.
Here is how it looks now…
Visually it just isn’t that great to see at a glance what is going on.
Here is how it could look.
Note the colour band representing the status of the ticket, Note the ticket number is not the ID number it is it’s own ticket number. Note the link to the licket in the subject. Understand HS has a button so no biggie. Note the organisation requesting the ticket and the assignee.
These are areas that could do with improvement in Hubspot.
