I am new to hubspot. Hi @VishalAgarwal15, How exactly are you testing whether this workflow is working? Have you checked the enrollment page? [Understand your workflow details page](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/understand-your-workflow-details-page) If there are contacts you expect to enroll, have you checked whether they meet the enrollment criteria? [Test your workflow](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/test-your-workflow#test-records-against-workflow-enrollment-triggers) Generally, this workflow will only notify you for contacts that HubSpot has already identified and associated with a record – e.g. someone who previously accepted website cookies and submitted a form. Anonymous website visitors will not trigger this workflow as there is no associated contact record. Best regards ---

@VishalAgarwal15 did you review what I described and linked? Yes, this works, but **contact** based workflows only handle **contact** records, not anonymous visitors. HubSpot must be able to attribute a page view to a contact record for it to enroll. The moment that happens, your workflow could trigger. I can see how the tile you shared might be a misleading. You could provide this feedback by reaching out to HubSpot support. This is a user-to-user community. ---

Hi! @VishalAgarwal15 Unfortunately you wont be able to send an email to users that just visit a page - they have to fill out a form before you can put them through a workflow like this ---

@VishalAgarwal15 of course this generally works, however under the conditions I described in my earlier reply: Generally, this workflow will only notify you for contacts that HubSpot has already **identified** and associated with a record – e.g. someone who previously accepted website cookies and submitted a form. **Anonymous** website visitors will not trigger this workflow as there is no associated contact record.
