I have a workflow drafted with 4 emails wherein in the 3rd email, I am hoping to move up the contact’s lifecycle stage (from Lead to MQL) IF they click on the CTA button. How do I accomplish this?

Note: Regardless if they click on the CTA on the 3rd email or not, I still want them to get the 4th email. If they don’t click it, I want them to remain at their current lifecycle stage (Lead).

9 is the 3rd email and 14 is the 4th email.

Hi @KJavier

The delay until action doesn’t give you the option to select a CTA in an email. If contacts in the workflow get all emails regardless, I would suggest creating another workflow with the enrolment trigger “has clicked CTA X” and then set the lifecycle stage.

Would this not work? I used if/then branch instead.

Hi @KJavier - yes it would but it’s not a “delay until” option and doesn’t impact the workflow, which is why I would keep it in a separate one.
