Workflow custom action blocked

Hello,

I have a workflow custom action that block the workflow while doing asynchronous code before completing action to resume workflow.
One of my contacts is blocked in this action (callbackId : ap-8788784-427089951029-23-0) and I can’t seem to resume it either by my production server or manually by calling https://api.hubapi.com/automation/v4/actions/callbacks/ap-8788784-427089951029-23-0/complete
Other contacts can go through it without issue

As I don’t have any errors, I thought maybe there was an issue on your side, can you help me out ?
