Hey everyone,
I got a workflow that copy branche from company to deal and contact. The workflow is working, but it doesn´t enroll all contacts, even though the different criteria is meet. I also tried testing the workflow with different company that should enroll, and sometimes it says “enrolls” but doesnt change the branche like it should. Can somebody help me figure out why and how i make sure it enrolls everyone?

If not, can you share a bit more detail about the records you’d expect to enroll which don’t enroll? Have you tested these records against the enrollment criteria?
The ones i tested, is companies that have a branche filled out with data (could be DIY, clothes or health), but where the associated contact doesn´t have a branche filled out. I just tried to enroll 4 companies that should enroll, but it says it doesn´t meet the criteria in the workflow.
