Can we use if/then branches based on the submitted form entry? I would like to create tasks for different salespeople based on the country/region. Thank you in advance! ---

Hi @Jkvet, Yes, this is possible. First, you would enroll contacts based on their form submission: ![karstenkoehler_2-1674129080606.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/9/9d85b191cc963e3d5cdac2bcecc58ee22fb35bbb.png) You can then choose between setting up the branches yourself or having HubSpot automatically create a branch for each value option. Hi @Jkvet, How exactly did you set it up? Can you share a screenshot? How did you test it? Hi Karsten, The initial idea is to email the correct salesperson responsible for the country/region. Hi @Jkvet, Have you checked the re-enrollment settings, as explained in my previous answer? If those settings are already enabled: Can you click _Details_ in the top left corner and then check the _Enrollment_ tab? Do your test submissions show up there? Best regards ---
