We currently cannot use workflows to send goal based notifications to Goal Members. We can only send notifications at kick-off, exceeded, achieved, and missed and we cannot customise it.
An example use case is midway through the month, I would like to send an internal email to all Goal Members with their % target reached and their remaining value to reach their monthly goal. Another example would be a quarterly round up of their performance if it was a longer term goal.
