Hi everyone!

Could somebody help me understand what I’m doing wrong in this workflow?

We manage several forms and meeting links on a rotational basis for our incoming leads. Our goal is to automatically create a deal and assign a contact owner when a new lead arrives, but only if the lead hasn’t booked a meeting. We also want to set up an internal task for our employees.

The problem is that the workflow isn’t enrolling new leads automatically. As a result, it’s not creating deals, assigning contacts, or sending tasks when it should.

Here is a screenshot attached.

Hi [@Melissa\_Melo23](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/598629),

Can you share how you are testing / verifying whether this workflow works?

A typical mistake is not enabling re-enrollment criteria:

 ![karstenkoehler_0-1697515677045.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/2/c/2c11ff8240f9023fa405f643bab599bf5269346b.png)

As a result, only the first submission by a contact would trigger the workflow. Especially during testing that makes it seem like the workflow doesn’t work, when the same email address is used for testing over and over.

If that’s not it, please use the “Test contact” button to check which enrollment criterion a contact is not meeting although you’d expect them to.

Lastly, please check the workflow enrollment history to confirm that the workflow is indeed not enrolling any records: [Review your workflow's enrollment history](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/workflow-enrollment-history) (Sometimes records are enrolled correctly but actions within the workflow are returning errors. You would only find out via the enrollment history or action log.)

Best regards!

Hi @karstenkoehler ,
Thank you, the problem indeed was I didn’t select the re-enroll criteria. The way I tested and knew it worked was by enrolling manually and the “test contact”. So I couldn’t understand by it was not working.
Again, thank you for your help!
