Workflow API : Cannot create PAGE_VIEW filter with coalescingRefineBy

I’m currently trying to use the Workflow API to create multiple Workflows. I have some issues with the segmentCriterias. I added a PAGE_VIEW filter, and it worked well, but I have some issues with the “coalescingRefineBy”.
Here’s the object sent to the API :

The expected result should have a “at least 3 times” mention, but here’s the result :

I have also tried with this object, and still no results :
