# Workflow and stages issue - reenrollment?

I set up activity stages for contacts. Then I set a workflow that said if the stage is set to A, if an email is sent, set stage to B. When an email is received when stage is B, set to C. It worked great when tested first time. Now when i reset that stage to B and have the test subject email me again - it stays at B. Any thoughts?

Any help on this related one - this is not working - the same email test from above did not work to change the “response required” property to “Yes”

New wrinkle - now it appears to let me add “Response Required” as a column on contacts view, but then after apply it disappears every time. Mystery deepens

This one seems like an entirely different conundrum, and one that may have a simple fix - are you remembering to “Save” the view when you add that column to your Contacts View? It doesn’t save it by default.

Hi @MConnelly3,

This may seem like a silly suggestion, but have you enabled re-enrollment? It’s off by default!
