I might be missing it, but is there any way to get a workflow to conduct an action **for each associated record** tied to the enrolled record?

Use case: I have a custom object called “Contests” with info about contests that our customers participate in. For a given contest record, when the contest officially opens, I’d like to create a task for **each** company associated to that contest.

Is something like this currently possible?

Hi @BLarsen,

Not without a custom code action and working based on the HubSpot API.

The common way to solve this would be to create a custom object based workflow that creates the task. Either you can trigger it directly or – if it references something from your current workflow – set a property value on all associated custom object records (a single checkbox, a date stamp) using ‘Edit record’.

Once the associated records have this new property value, you can use that for enrollment in a custom object based workflow.

Best regards
