# workflow action: Add to form

Would be helpful to have a workflow option to add contacts to a form. Specifically I have a LinkedIn ad campaign where I need to manually add linkedin ad submissions to an event form. Automating that via a workflow would be helpful.

Hi @ERoedersheime

Form submissions tend to be something that is done by a contact.

Have you considered using LinkedIn LeadGen forms to sync new contacts automatically and have you reviewed your [LinkedIn Ads sync settings](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/ads/manage-linkedin-ads-accounts-syncing-leads-to-hubspot)?
