Absolutely critical for us as we need to tag contacts in the notes for use in an attribution platform that we integrate to. ---

Badly needed to add notes under the contacts/deals through workflow. When a user submits a form or facebook form, we need the comments to be added as a note in the lead which is currently not possible. ---

Agree, this would be super useful. I’m looking for this to be able to bring in logged contact made from an external system/vendor. The only way I currently see to do this is via a form fill so the rep can see activity happened externally… ---

This would be very helpful. Right now, a form does not update the “last activity date”, so if I could set up a workflow that would create a note when a customer creates a form, that would be an excellent workaround so that a form submission would update the “recent activity date” by creating a note for that contact (since notes update the recent activity date). ---

Upvote! We would like to add a note and pin it to the top via workflow. Case: We automatically send emails via workflows – sometimes with a delay (hours). A note for an agent like „Attention, this customer will get an automated email at {time}“ would be helpful. ---

Def see a ton of use cases on the Support Team for this. We do onboarding calls and manually create and input pre-call notes, would be nice to have automation to do this.
