Nice to e-meet you! From your response above, I believe you already found this “Recurring Revenue” feature which is only available in an enterprise subscription.
If not, the only “workaround” here would be to create your deals multiple times for recurring revenue. You can consider this “Clone attack” integration to make duplicating deals easier for your team (:
