Good day,
does HubSpot allow you to block private email addresses from being entered in place of a work email address (e.g. email addresses from popular domains: gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc.)?
Is it possible to create such a rule? I tried using Regex for this, but it didn’t work.
Thanks in advance for your answer!
Hi,
You can manage this in your settings. There is a default list of domains that HubSpot blocks, you can also add others manually if you find they’re not already included.
You can find a step-by-step explanation in this Hubspot article
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Harsh
This doesn’t solve my problem.
What I meant was blocking HubSpot users from my company from entering values for specific domains. Not visitors, etc.
I was talking about the Contact Creation Form, not other forms used to collect data.
I don’t mean tracking or not tracking emails sent to specific and from specific domains. I mean the Contact creation form, to which we will add validation, e.g. Work Email cannot contain the phrase: gmail.com, yahoo.com, etc.
