Hi. So the wordpress plugin worked fine but fews days ago it came up with the message ‘wordpress plugin not able to load pages’. I tried to open in anonymous page and use console to check the link but nothing. I know something is blocking but i don’t even use extension blockers in my browser.

For now i use free account only for the chat, but the intetion is to upgrade with the launch of new website.

Thank you

Hi @RCasimiro,

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the HubSpot plugin?
That would be the first thing I’d try if it was functioning fine before and stopped for no apparent reason.

Josh

Hi @RCasimiro

"This issue could potentially be caused by caching conflicts or corrupted plugin files.
To troubleshoot:

**Check Browser Console :** Open the browser developer tools (F12) and review the console for any error messages related to the plugin, such as network failures, JavaScript exceptions, or CORS/mixed content issues.
**Clear Caches :** Clear your WordPress cache (if using caching plugins like WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or LiteSpeed).
**Reinstall / Update the Plugin :** Deactivate and delete the existing plugin and Reinstall the latest version from the official source to ensure no corrupted files are causing the failure."

I hope this will help you out. Please mark it as **Solution Accepted and upvote** to help another Community member.

Thanks!
