Wordpress integration with HubSpot All-In-One Marketing plugin - Offline Sources

Hello community!
I need a portion of a fresh air on investigating the problem we faced with.

We have a project based on the Wordpress and it has integration through the HubSpot All-In-One Marketing plugin.

Since this time we are getting a lot of Offline Source contacts

We are stack where to dig.

I do some form sending and see the great contact created with of the correct props ect.

How should I go with the investigation please help?

How I can understand where is this “Integtaion” and “API” weak places I need to work on?
