Hello.
I have created a form on WordPress with the supported CF7 plugin with internal field names, but at submission time the data is not sent to hubspot servers.

Link: [https://devrevolution.com/en/](https://t.co/wSOKTpctro) - the form from footer.

Thanks!

Hi @silviu

I can’t see the HubSpot tracking code on your website. Have you got the WordPress plugin installed and configured?

Hi, [@Phil\_Vallender](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/74)
Thanks for your response.
The tracking code is installed via Google Tag Manager.
Regards!

Hi @silviu

Ok, great, have you confirmed that it is working?

If so, have you turned on the collected forms feature?

Hi, [@Phil\_Vallender](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/74)
Yes, Google Tag Manager injects with success the hubspot script on my site:

I’ve read all the tuts for this, including that article and yes, that feature is turned on.
Thanks!

The problem, in my case was the Google Invisible ReCaptcha plugin: [Invisible reCaptcha for WordPress – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org](https://wordpress.org/plugins/invisible-recaptcha/)
I have deactivated it and now the things are working.
Thanks Ben from Hubsport support team.

Hi, this usually happens when the integration plugin isn’t properly mapping fields or isn’t fully compatible. If your form is submitting but data isn’t reaching HubSpot, you might want to try an API-based approach. Use tools like Contact Form to API let you send Contact Form 7 submissions directly to HubSpot with proper field mapping and more reliable delivery, without depending on specific plugin compatibility.
