WooCommerce Field Mapping In HubSpot.

Dear Friends,

I need your kind help.

We have WooCommerce integrated with HubSpot and pulling data from WooCommerce to HubSpot. The problem is that the following WooCommerce fields are not mapping with HubSpot ones. How do I resolve this issue?

  • country / region

    United States (US)

    This value wasn’t passed to the Contact record. ‘country / region’ isn’t a Contact property.

    town / city

    Nashotah

    This value wasn’t passed to the Contact record. ‘town / city’ isn’t a Contact property.

    zip code

    53058

    This value wasn’t passed to the Contact record. ‘zip code’ isn’t a Contact property.

    Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Hi @EbarakHossain
First check the properties from WooCommerce. In HubSpot you have contact properties (Country/Region; City; Postal Code). So you will need to create custom contact properties.

Sometimes to resolve the issue, you need to set the properties as a text field in Hubspot, and then the fields will be able to be mapped.
Here are the steps for managing your properties.
You can also install plugin from HubSpot Marketplace for integration with WooCommerce.

@StjepanGrcic Is it possible to use a workflow to correct the WooCommerce properties to match with the HubSpot ones? For example, ‘zip code’ to “Postal Code”. If yes, how do I set the enrollment trigger to catch WooCommerce fields? Please help.

You just need create custom properties in HubSpot that matches WooCommerce.
