There is a pretty simple way. Just create a report and pick a funnel report on deals. Then pick the Deal Record created and then the Closed Won stage and see the win rate. You can do this for any of the stages.
Make sure to add a filter to take out any open deals, you only want to look at won and lost. Then you can do a rolling time range as well.
