Why page editor preview is not compatible with what I see using the page URL?

Hi guys,
I am so confused on why the page editor is showing the elements I added like an image and a help text (of a form) !
But when I update the editor and then go the page nor the image I added nor the help text are there !!!
Ay clues what could be the issue ?

This could be an issue with caching or templates or coding used for the page.

Could you please try clearing your cache and view the page in Incognito mode? Can you let us know if that makes a difference? Thank you!

Thanks for your suggestion and for your help but the problem was discovered and it’s related to the URL not being valid and needed to be changed. As soon as it was updated, the changes were happening !!
