# Why My Reply rate 0%!!

While I have been receiving replies to my emails in my Gmail account, I have noticed that my reply rate in HubSpot remains at 0%. This discrepancy is puzzling and is negatively impacting my ability to track and manage my communication effectively. Can anyone have the solution for that!
