I tried importing a document for contacts. I followed the rules and requirements but still, the Next button is greyed out. There’s an exclamation point inside a red triangle and a message saying that emails can’t be created. How can I proceed?

It looks like you’re tying to both import contacts and email conversations to/from those contacts.
If that’s what you’re intending to do, you need to map a column that contains an email body of those conversations and the driection, see the red triangle.
If that’s not what you’re intending to do, go back in the import process and unselect email as a data source.
