I am using the Orphic theme on my HubSpot and two of the menu items have a hamburger drop-down that works fine on desktop. They also work fine when I test on mobile from the content editor on my desktop. But on the actual live website on my phone, the drop-down doesn’t work.
I updated the Orphic theme and tested it in different browsers but the issue still persists.
I have attempted to look at the code but I don’t think it has anything to do with code changes as this theme doesn’t allow you to update the code. (I’m also not very familiar with the CSS or how to identify issues/make changes.)
Hi @KThrone and welcome to the Community!
We are delighted to have you here!
Thank you for asking the Community!
I just had a look on my mobile phone and it seems that, what’s not working on the hamburger menu, is the sub-navigation (i.e.: “Consults”, “Bundles”, “Events & classes”). Please let me know if that’s not the case or if you are experiencing another type of issue with the menu on mobile.
Actually for me, it worked the first time I clicked on one of these sub-menu, but afterwards it wouldn’t show.
I had a look at the Orphic theme and I can see that it is not provided by HubSpot. Or are you using a different Orphic theme?
I’d recommend contacting the provider of this theme, they might be able to help you on this.

Thanks also @BérangèreL for sharing the prior solution. I think my initial instincts are the same in this case. You might see the menu, but something else is covering it. One way to verify this is to tap as close to the edge of the mobile devices as possible and see if it responds.
Increasing padding and margins around the meny usually helps if it doesn’t adversely impact your layout.
@BérangèreL I can confirm your suspicion is correct, the mobile menu is working, but the theme doesn’t allow for sub-items or there is a bug related to the sub-items.
If you tap and hold the menu item, it will flash the sub-menu, but it’s very difficult to interact with.
As recommended, @KThrone the best resolution would be to contact the theme developer directly so they can apply a bugfix or provide you with instructions for how to properly configure the menu with sub-items to work with their theme.
