Why I can't redirect our domain - Any advice?

Hi guys how to enroll our domain? is hs na2? default domain in hubspot?

Hi @rhence, it looks like the custom domain hasn’t finished connecting yet. HubSpot is still showing both the Hosting domain setup and Redirect domain setup as “ready to be continued,” so the redirect won’t work until the hosting domain is fully connected.

Click Continue first and verify that all the required DNS records (especially the CNAME/A records HubSpot provides) have been added correctly with your domain registrar. Once the hosting domain is connected, the redirect setup should complete normally.

Which registrar are you using (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Squarespace, etc.)? That will help narrow down the issue.

From your screenshot, it looks like your custom domain hasn’t finished connecting yet. I’d recommend clicking Continue beside the hosting and redirect setup, then verifying that all the required DNS records (such as the CNAME or A records HubSpot provides) have been added correctly with your DNS provider.

If you’ve already updated the DNS records, could you let us know:

  • Who is your domain registrar/DNS provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap)?
  • Which step fails when you click Continue?

That will help narrow down where the connection is getting stuck.
