Why has the css button been converted to an image button when sent it out?

Hi there,

We inserted three buttons to email, the styles are formatted by css. But when the email sent out, the buttons will be converted to image buttons.

Is any setting needs to be worked on the HubSpot?

I think the reason it is converted to an image is for tracking and reporting. A lot of email clients do not support javascript and the image URL allows hubspot to track an impression of your CTA when it is opened. If you are ok losing this type of data you can try and create your own CTA button using a combination of these resources.
