Why are new contacts not associating with companies in HubSpot?

Hi

The last 2 days we have noticed that HubSpot is not linking new contacts with the company, via their email address. How do we fix this please?

Can you please confirm that this setting is enabled? Automatically create and associate companies with contacts

Ah, it’s because they are imported contacts with no company imported with them. Thank you for the information.
