I’m having an issue with the HubSpot Blog website and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem or knows how to fix it.
When I visit the HubSpot Blog homepage, the navigation menu at the top (Blogs, Topics, Insights, and Products) does not seem to work properly. When I click on these options, nothing happens, so I’m unable to browse the latest articles based on the topics I’m interested in.
I’m also experiencing a similar issue when reading individual articles. When I scroll through an article and try to open one of the suggested or Related Articles, clicking the links does not take me to the selected article.
Because of these issues, I can only access the articles that are directly available or featured on the main Blog page, which makes it difficult to explore more recent content or browse articles by topic.
I’m currently accessing the site through Google Chrome on Windows. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the Blog page and the navigation menu I’m referring to.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is there anything I can try on my side, such as changing browser settings, clearing cookies/cache, or disabling certain extensions? Or could this possibly be an issue with the HubSpot Blog website itself?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Before diving into further steps, try a different setup like different browser, different laptop (if possible not a tablet/smartphone as those devices are working differently). If this issue should be solved in a different setup, you’ll know that it’s your laptop/setup and you can start diving into “debugging”.
Try incognito mode (CTRL+Shift+N; or three dots → new incognito window) first.
If this shouldn’t solve it as well, I’d debug like this:
Close all chrome tabs and all chrome windows (save the process of the important tabs)
open a new chrome window and clear the browser data (unless you want to be signed out everywhere, select only “images and data in Cache” and select “all time”
Close Chrome via task manager by right-click and selecting “stop process” (I think this is how it’s called on Windows)
Open Chrome again - if it should ask you if you’d like to restore the previously closed tabs - I wouldn’t recommend it, but if you got important tabs, restore them.
Test the blog
If this shouldn’t help, try restarting your laptop, clearing the Chrome cache again …
