Why are Facebook Stories failing to publish from HubSpot Social?

What might be wrong as it seems like all Facebook stories posted from Hubspot Social fails? It just gives this error message: This post wasn’t published to Facebook. Facebook returned a network error while publishing. Please check your Facebook page before trying to republish this post to make sure a duplicate isn’t created.

Everything is fine with our Fb page, the account is active and the person has all rights to post etc. What I should be looking next?

Your best option is to reach out HubSpot support in-app via chat or email. Support can often see more detailed error explanations in the background - that is if you’ve reviewed these common issues and troubleshooting tips: Troubleshoot social publishing errors and limits

Most likely, support will recommend to disconnect your social account and reconnect it to see if the issue persists.
