Motivations: trusts the services provided.
Challenges : poor payments yet happy and satisfied client.
Hence word of mouth works to get new prospects.

in my oral history website the persona is someone who is a foreigner who lived in Iran in the 1950s, 1960s or 1970s and wishes to tell their story. They are a forgotten people and most wish to tell their story. The challenge is that some of them have demurred from having their stories publicized after it had been produced. I have to figure out a way to get an agreement before I take the time.
