I’m being required to take one of your certification courses for grad school. I have ADA accommodations for multiple choice tests. Who do I send my accommodations form to?

We don’t have the ability to grant custom accommodations just yet, but we did build in extra time on the backend for folks to complete the exam. On average the 60 question certifications take only 40 minutes to complete. We have purposefully given extra time for learners with disabilities to have ample time to complete the exam and unlimited attempts.

That’s not how the Americans with Disabilities Act works 
Institutions that offer public-facing materials, such as certification
tests, are required by the
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
<> to provide
accommodations for people with disabilities. Not all disabilities “need
more time” on a multiple choice test. I don’t feel comfortable discussing
the nature of my disability here on a public forum--again the ADA
accommodations process is confidential and private.
I would highly recommend that you respond to my school’s requests to speak
to HubSpot’s ADA liaison, lawyer, test administrator, or whoever can ensure
my rights are not infringed upon for this test. University of the
