I am a 6 yrs experienced International cold calling/emailing professional and I am desperate to move to the operations space. I do not have any experience working with CRM’s so far but I really want to move to operations to reduce the unneccessary pressure even if things are not in my hand. Considering the today’s era cold calling is very very hard to get through and will only get harder ahead and my biggest challenge is where to start and how to proceed.
I lack guidance and am looking for it. Since there are so many courses on the Hubspot acedemy. I get completely lost what connects what and I quit earlier before caz I was not able to relate the courses. I am looking for some guidance to heklp me curate a path for myself to be a self learn Rev/Sales Ops professional. Since, I will be switching from Frontline sales to Operations not sure if empolyeers are going to value my experience the same.
I do not want my salary to take a hit and want to practise with some reallife scenerios as well while I train so I get hands on experience.
I fail to decise in which order should I be taking the courses or in which serial order. Please help me where should I start and how should I go ahead with the course names available in Acemedy so I can make sense and relate things.
Per say, I completed sales hub certification course then I wanted to learn workflows automation I took a course by searching but the course showed so many options when I go to practise I got completely blank and got lost. Though it is very difficult and quitted.
I am back with a decision to get this done. Looking for a Sales/Rev Operations mentor to help me throught this journey. I am really desperate for it. Please help.
