I’m hunting for Bulk Email Sending Services that actually work. I’ve got a huge list, but I’m terrified of my messages disappearing into the void or the promo tab.
I need something powerful yet simple to use. Which service truly delivers on its promises and helps scale a business effectively?
Hey @Anonymous,
Thanks for posting in the Community!
HubSpot’s marketing emails allow for users to send emails, in bulk, to their customers. Can you please clarify more around your ideal setup and outcomes in sending emails in bulk? We might be able to find a solution right within HubSpot!

Hey @Anonymous, totally feel you about the terror of marketing emails going into the void or spam, haha.
You’ve got a huge list - are you currently using HubSpot? And is this an opted-in list, or a cold/built list?
If it’s opted in (forms, etc.) and it’s not cold, you can absolutely send from HubSpot. I would recommend the following though:
- Make sure your domain is verified and your DNS records are properly configured. Highly recommend adding relaxed DMARC values to your DMARC record so that your emails go through and don’t get confused for spam.
- Track your DMARC compliance and health in a tool like GlockApps. HubSpot obviously has email marketing performance and health reports, but you’ll want to track deliverability + delivery reports as well, so complement HubSpot’s performance with GlockApps’s deliverability.
- Validate your list and remove ALL invalid emails. I’d suggest removing any emails that look risky, too.
- Send spam tests BEFORE you send emails so you can flag and address any potential spam or content issues before you actually send emails to your segments. (GlockApps lets you do this too, btw)
- Build nurture and welcome flows immediately for your forms, if you haven’t already. This helps you build sender reputation and also track initial performance so you can determine whether emails are actually getting seen and engaged with.
- Send to small segments that were most recently active (1:1 email activity + pages viewed within the last 14 days, for example). And seriously, start small. You can use workflows to randomly distribute sends to controllec cohorts of your segments, and track their performance. If your opens and clicks look good, you can start sending to larger segments.
Just some things to keep in mind, though, really, these would apply to any ESP, no matter what you go with if you’re starting out fresh with a huge list.
If your list is cold, then you’ll want to compare cold email ESPs like Outreach, Instantly, etc. I strongly advise NOT sending HubSpot marketing emails to a cold list - I was just talking to a company that did this last week, and they killed their sender reputation and domain due to the high volume of hard bounces and unsubscribes.
Hope this helps and isn’t crazy overwhelming.
Hi @Anonymous,
Before picking a provider, You need to look at the type of list and sending you’re doing, because that usually affects deliverability more than the platform itself.
For example, are these cold contacts, older contacts you’re emailing again, or people already engaging with your business? A huge verified list behaves very differently from an old database that hasn’t been touched in months.
In terms of platforms, most of the well-known ones like Hubspot, SendGrid , MailGun can deliver well if the setup is healthy.
No magic tool here deliverability depends more on list quality + setup. Even the best email service will hit spam with a bad list.
If you’re looking for the best email deliverability, I’d shortlist SMTPmart, Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, and SparkPost.
In most cases, deliverability depends less on the provider alone and more on domain reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, list quality, and warming strategy.
