Where to change the URL for the header logo?

Our SEO scanning software recently made us aware of a bunch of HTTP links instead HTTPS. The site has been up for a year + so the sudden addition is surprising.

It looks like when a user clicks our corporate logo in the top left corner to take them to the home page (as is customary) it’s directing to HTTP://hzo.com instead of HTTPS://hzo.com.

Assuming this would be an easy fix, I went into the header logo module but cannot see anywhere to change the logo URL.

Anyone know where I could adjust this so we don’t get penalized for a non secure URL?

I suspect this came up recently due to the changes to HS Brand Kit? Just a guess.

Thanks in advance!

Hey @rmoore,

Depending on your page setup there are at least 3 places you can check for the logo URL.

  1. The brand-kit settings
  2. The file-manager
  3. The header itself
  4. The header/base html file of your theme in your design-manager (only if it’s a custom or child-theme)

As for the header:

Open any page that’s using this header, click on it (if it’s a global partial, you’ll have to confirm that you want to edit it), open the logo module, check the path

best,

Anton

That was it! I found this solution originally but it wasn’t working so I thought I missed something. It just took time to populate I guess. Thanks for your help.

Thank you @Anton :raising_hands:
