Where/how to set up business hours in HubSpot?

Do you mean how to set up business hours for live chat or bot for example? You can do that by following these steps (the section that starts with Based on business hours).

FYI the page in that link - the words “business hours” do not exist on that page.

I got the answer ultimately. I had to start over by adding a new chatflow. from there I could make it for 24/7.

All the links provided for setting “company hours” on this thread lead to pages that do not talk about setting company hours? I know I’ve seen one, but can’t remember where it was
