Where can I set up new subscription types ?

I want to create new email subscription types.

In my settings i dont manage to find the “subscription types tab” as explain in this tutorial (knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/contacts/how-do-subscription-preferences-and-types-work):

  • In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon settings in the main navigation bar.
  • In the left sidebar menu, click Marketing > Email.
  • Click the Subscription Types tab.

Did you notice this ? Can anyone help me ?

Which Marketing Hub do you have? You need starter or higher, not free, to be able to create custom subscription types.

If you have the correct product, can you check if you have the right permissions?
