I made a workflow and mark some of my contacts as non marketing. however when I check their contact properties, I couldn’t understand they will be mark as non marketing or not?

It’s the last property on your screenshot:
- Marketing contact until next update (Marketing Hub Starter, Professional, or Enterprise only): specifies if this contact will be set as non-marketingon the next update date. When you set an existing marketing contact as non-marketing, the property value will change to Yes, which indicates that the non-marketing status will take effect on the next update date.
