I watched the Creating Tracking URLs video on Academy. It mentioned the HubSpot Tracking URL Builder. I followed the steps in this article and cannot locate the Tracking URL Builder. Any help is appreciated.

Settings > Tracking & Analytics > Tracking URLs
This requires a Marketing or Content Hub Pro or Enterprise subscription.
You’ll want to make sure you have at least one Campaign configured first, as it’s a required setting when you create a UTM with this tool.
If you don’t have the right subscription, you always have the option of manually adding UTM parameters to your URL before you share it.
After your URL, you’ll add this - make sure it starts with a question mark and only contains one:
?utm_campaign=name_of_campaign&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook

Adding to @Jnix284’s reply, the tracking URL builder simply concatenates. The Google campaign URL builder essentially does the same thing, should you not have the HubSpot tracking URL builder included in your subscription: https://ga-dev-tools.google/campaign-url-builder/
The biggest challenge is entering the campaign name matching the exact name of the campaign in HubSpot: Create campaigns

Hey, @AGarciaRivas Looking at the steps in the documentation, you need to click on the Tracking URL button from Settings. You need to make sure your User has Reporting Permissions, your Super Admin can verify this for you.
