Dear Hubspot-Team,
bcc mails send from apple mail to hubspot are not always connected to corresponding “deals”. Where do I find the logged mails (where is the inbox?). Is is possible to manually connect bcc mails to deals?
Many thanks in advance,
Martin
Hi Martin,
It looks like Apple Mail is no longer supported: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/email-tracking/hubspot-sales-in-apple-mail
If you were to use Outlook, Gmail, or Google Apps for work, it would work like this: When you BCC HubSpot the message is logged on the contact record for the person you are emailing. You can search for them in the CRM by either their name or email address.
To have this activity appear on a deal, make sure that the contact you are emailing is also associated with the Deal. Once you’ve made that association, the email activity should begin to appear.
If it doesn’t, make sure that you have Sales emails toggled in the Filter timeline settings: 04.28.2017-10.39.34 - TechSmith Screencast
Dear Sean,
thanks a lot for your response. Is there a way to view all logged mails in hubspot? I am using the free version.
Best regards,
Martin
Hey @novalis at this time, emails are logged and accessible on the recipient’s contact record.
