When scanning a business card it is unfocused and unreadable

Hi,

When using the app to scan a Business Card, it is unfocused and unreadable.

I use a OnePlus Nord 2T 5G mobile phone.

Is there any solution available to solve this issue ?

I’m not sure about the software your phone uses

but its only compatible with IOs and Android so maybe that why it doesn’t work properly

Thanks for your post.

My phone runs Android ver. 14. So that should be ok, I guess.

Something else must be the cause of the problem.
