I have been using Hubspot for a week or two now, and every time I create a sequence it does not show up in my tasks bar. I have tried waiting to see if they show up/looking in my automation section, for sequences I have scheduled. But it is only showing previous sequences that have been started.
Is there any way to fix this issue directly on my part or is this something I need to reach out to my IT department for.
Hi @GMascio,
Your sequences should show up under Menu > Automation > Sequences. If previously created sequences do not show up there and the problem persists, I would recommend reaching out to HubSpot support through the purple in-app widget on the bottem right of the screen.
Which task bar are you referring to? Could you provide a screenshot of where you expect to see your sequences?
Best regards!
Hey Karsten,
Thank you for your response, I made a quick Vidyard to help explain a little better Hubspot Sequence Issues? . I also put in a request to Hubspot about my issue on the app.
Thanks for the context, @GMascio. It looks like you have a filter for task owner Me set, could you remove that and check again?
I removed the filter me, but it still is not showing my sequences that I created this morning. And if I click Due today/Overdue/Upcoming. Still is telling me I am all caught up on my tasks.
Hi @GMascio,
Well, ruling out potential issues one by one.
Sequences themselves wouldn’t show up under Tasks, only the tasks whose creation was triggered by the sequence, see here: Enroll contacts in a sequence
For example, this sequence here wouldn’t create any tasks right away. After starting the sequence, it would take two days for the first tasks to show up:
![]()
Could you confirm that, as per your sequence design, the first tasks should already be showing up? (= You’ve enrolled contacts into your sequence, the delay before the task creation has passed and you’re still not seeing any tasks.) If yes, than this would in fact be a question for HubSpot support because it could be a temporary or permanent bug.
Best regards!
