When I create Opportunity Salesforce - Hubspot don't create a Deal.

Hi, I have big problem with deals in Hubspot (PROD). I activated Salesforce - Hubspot integration for Opportunities and Deals. But in Test envirorment, when I create an Opportunity Hubspot create a deal. In Prod envirorment isn’t the same. When I create Opportunity Hubspot don’t create a Deal. I checked Sync Settings and Deal… Why Hubspot do this? Thanks all.

Looking at this HubSpot Knowledge Base article on syncing Salesforce opportunities to HubSpot:

“Once the sync is turned on, each opportunity record in Salesforce will be synced to their corresponding pipeline in HubSpot once they fulfill a sync trigger” — so the opportunity needs to be updated in Salesforce in order for it to populate in HubSpot (depending on the syncing rules you set in your property mappings)

“Please note: the sync setting must be enabled before importing Salesforce opportunities, otherwise deal records will not be created in HubSpot.” — be sure that the “sync Deals” switch is toggled to “On” before bringing in opprtunities from Salesforce

Hi Jolle, thanks a lot for your answer. But I checked the sync trigger and the sync deals in settings. I post an image below of the problem for explain which is the problem on Hubspot. Why we find User with (Salesforce) ? Thanks a lot
