When Does my CRM go from Free to Paid?

I’m a Hub Spot CRM user to manage my new business. I’m wondering a few things:

1. How to I back it up to ensure I don’t lose any data? Or is Hubspot already doing that for me?

2. When will I go from a Free to a Paid CRM? My CRM is free right now and almost seems too good to be true (I LOOOOVE my HubSpot CRM) and want to be sure my business database is backed up and protected.

Any help for this newbie is SO appreciated!

Your HubSpot CRM is free forever! The only time you will start paying for anything is if you take out their Sales Pro or paid marketing products - so no need to worry.
