WhatsApp WABA still linked to HubSpot shared credit line after disconnect

I need technical assistance with a residual HubSpot/WhatsApp Business connection that I cannot remove from either HubSpot or Meta.

My WhatsApp channel has already been completely disconnected from HubSpot. In HubSpot Inbox Settings → Channels, it shows that no channels are connected.

However, in Meta Business Manager → Billing & Payments → Credit Lines, my WhatsApp Business Account is still connected to a credit line showing:

Allocated from: HubSpot
HubSpot Business ID: redacted
Status: Access removed
WABA ID: redacted

Meta also still shows HubSpot, Inc. as the payment note recipient and sale recipient for this credit line.

My Meta business is already verified, but the WABA remains restricted. I have administrator and financial editor permissions in Meta, but there is no option available for me to revoke or remove this HubSpot-allocated credit line.

I already contacted HubSpot and was advised to request technical assistance through the Community for our freemium account.

Could a HubSpot technical specialist please verify whether this WABA still has any shared credit line allocation, BSP relationship, OBO relationship, or other HubSpot-managed WhatsApp asset remaining on HubSpot’s side?

If so, I need HubSpot to fully revoke/deallocate the shared credit line and release any remaining relationship associated with WABA redacted.

If HubSpot has already fully revoked it on its side, please confirm this so I can provide that information to Meta Support.

Thank you.

Hey @Germanalan,

Welcome to the Community!!

Thanks for all of the details. I’ve DM’d you to get a bit more context on your setup before looping in my internal team. Once I hear back from you, I’ll get this in front of the right folks on our end.

Looking forward to your response!
