What is the best way to integrate whatsapp, do we need WhatsApp business platform? Or would it work with just the Business App?

Hey @aelrefai the easiest is probably the [native integration](https://www.hubspot.com/products/whatsapp-integration) if it serves your needs. Yes you would need a meta business center account and whatsapp business number to trigger any messages.
