Whatsapp Business template don't show in inbox

Hi,

i sent one whatapp business template to 2 contacts.
One template is show in one contant but other not.
Contacts have received the message correclty

In order to show your templates to your contacts contacts must have opted in for WhatsApp conversations check this article so that you can understand the requirements: Collect and manage consent for WhatsApp conversations

Thank you, Jigar. Both contacts have opted in. They received my WhatsApp template correctly on their phones. I can see the message in the “HubSpot inbox” sent folder for only one of them (Giovanni), but no for Gabriele.

I sent the messages with a workflow with success.
