I loved the snippets and the playbook is powerful if you have enterprise.
I also loved that with enterprise it transcribes your calls, so you can go back to exactly what they said.

Email and meetings are great! It’s nice to be able to track the one-on-one emails, and giving the contact the ability to book time directly on our calendars puts the ball in their court.
