There are a lot of great resources in the world for salespeople to learn how to be better at selling. What’s your favorite one? There’s no extra credit for sharing HubSpot resources--tell us about one we might not have heard of!
The hubspot course has been extremely insightful and very real and relative to our day to day, not many online courses can create a narrative like this, they’re like needles in haystacks. Some Linkedin and Udemy courses have been very useful too, but many online courses include a lot of filler content which is unneccesary.
SalesProcess.io is fantastic to create an outbound framework, and we’ve combined it with WeAreDrew’s inbound methodology to make it efficient for our multicultural team of sales reps. 10/10 picking the things we like from each and combining it with what we know to be functional and efficient, as there’s no one-size-fits-all in sales.
Hubspot, our own internal Sales Playbook, we share Client Stories, case studies, and have a lot of open, collaborative discussions as a group. We allow our team members to shine and encourage them to teach the team something new. We also reply heavily on our internal sales slack channel for collaboration and a channel for continuing education where we share webinars, blogs, conferences, trainings etc that we come across.
A very simple but effective sales relationships process called P.A.N.D.A. It starts with personal and professional preparation (P) and goes on to getting things done (Act). If it is appropriate I’m happy share a version of P.A.N.D.A Lite that I have developed.
