My company is locked in on three specific promotional channels: (1) Live events, (2) Webinars, and (3) Social Media with that being almost exclusively LinkedIn. I would say that Live Events have been their most effective promotional channel. I have been advocating for podcasting for a while.
For my content promotion, I’ll reach out to Social Media. Linked In, YouTube shorts and Facebook are my preferences.
I work for a university. So for us I would say that the most effective promotional channel would be our main webpage. This is what comes up first in Google when you do an organic search for the institution, so naturally, it is the one that most people go to.

Word of mouth! We do not have an online presence and working on that plan now.
As I work for two companies, we use different promotion channels to push content to broader audiences. One of the companies uses YT reels which are then posted on LinkedIn and the other company predominantly uses LinkedIn paid ads through social media posts.
Bonkey’s does not have many effective promotion channels, they use their website more than anything but otherwise they really rely on using their word of mouth!
