Motivation to use best practices of sales

There seems to be too many steps or processes to be completed to complete an outreach.

yes having a proper tool thus assist in best way for plan of implementation as main performance indicators thus keeping proper track records.

A good backup system to motivate you after the bad calls (Not interessed calls).

Gamification can act as a compass for behaviours that focus on key, meaningful actions that support the sales objectives. Mini 48 hour contests with rewards can help maintain focus.

Sequenicing discovery deals/ leads to ignite a conversation

Software programs that record how time is spent, so the salesperson can review it and see how they are spending their time.

Sequencing. Its amazing being able to automate dull follow up cycles and focus on hot leads.

Streamline processes that eliminate duplicate activites or input

Tasks! Putting everything into tasks reduces distractions and streamlines what needs to get done… done!

My sugestion is removing menial tasks (otherwise things that have nothing to do with actual selling) and giving them an stable, functional framework for managing leads. It’s been the focus of our current dynamic, and it’s been an essential element in our 75% increase in sales bookings.

Not having a clear process with effective tools is the worst situation. This lowers moral because of time wasting or micro managing as a result of the poor process.

Use automation where it makes sense but the biggest suggestion is TALK TO YOUR REPS. Find out what they actually need versus creating systems and processes that you"think" they want. Find out what they actually want and need and be real in what you need to get from their data and process for other departments and reporting.

We employ part time team members so that they are at work when it suits them. Their KPI’s inlcude a 70% ‘active conatct’ period. it works most days, unless of course I become a ‘time thief’ and recuce their productivity.

Companies should implement automation for the data entry work by reps as this is takes extra time for manual data entry so that they can spend the maximum time on sales as their main job . It will be helpful for the sales person to focus more on sales as compared to other administrative task.

The Reps should align with the team vision. Break down every aspect that is needed most.
